Vivian Shiyonzo

Vivian Shiyonzo is a rising star in Kenyan women’s football, serving as the standout goalkeeper for Kibera Soccer Women FC. At just 21 years old and standing 176 cm tall, she transformed from a youth striker into a commanding presence between the posts. In the 2024–25 season, she kept an impressive 13 clean sheets in 21 matches, earning her the prestigious Golden Glove award and helping her club finish third in the Kenyan Women’s Premier League.
Her consistency extended to cup competitions, where she maintained a perfect defensive record throughout the FKF Women’s Cup—culminating in a clean-sheet performance that helped Kibera claim the title for the first time. Shiyonzo’s stellar form earned her a place in the national squad (Harambee Starlets), marking her debut in major qualifiers and friendlies.
