Nairobi United

Nairobi United FC is an ambitious football club based in Nairobi, Kenya. Founded in 2018, the club has quickly risen through the ranks of Kenyan football and currently competes in the National Super League, the country’s second-tier competition. Known for its energetic style of play and strong community roots, Nairobi United has become one of the most promising teams outside the top flight.

In 2024, the club gained significant attention after the Sakaja Foundation, linked to Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja, took over its ownership. This brought renewed investment, improved facilities, and a clear vision to develop both the senior team and a grassroots academy. With former international Nicholas Muyoti as head coach, the team has shown consistent form in the league and made headlines by defeating top-tier Tusker FC in the FKF Cup.
