Beldine Odemba is one of Kenya’s most accomplished and trailblazing female football coaches. Holding CAF B and A licenses, she has balanced multiple roles, including coaching the Kenya Police Bullets in the Women Premier League and leading the Highway Secondary School boys’ team. She guided Kenya Police Bullets to their first top-flight WPL title in their debut season, with ambitions for CAF Champions League qualification. Odemba previously played a key role in the Harambee Starlets’ campaigns, contributing to notable successes such as an upset win over Tunisia in WAFCON qualifiers. She also made history by becoming the first female coach to lead a boys’ school team to the final of the East African secondary school games, highlighting her tactical skill and leadership.
